ENGR00275634: ARM: imx_v6_v7_defconfig: Add some USB configurations

- Enable USB gadget function
- Enable USB Audio and Camera functions
- Disable CONFIG_USB_EHCI_MXC to avoid confusion due to we
only use chipidea driver as USB driver for this BSP
