ENGR00219184 HDMI AUDIO: set HDMI audio's SDMA priority to high

HDMI use SDMA for buffer switch. Set HDMI audio's SDMA priority to the
same level as other audio device. This adjust can avoid noise due to
SDMA cpu race failing.
