ENGR00139261 [MX6Q]support 8 bit MMC and eMMC DDR mode

enable 8 bit MMC mode according to mmc stack.
enable eMMC DDR mode according to mmc stack, but change
sdhci a little, since sdhci does not support DDR mode so
far.
