Merge commit 'taint: add explicit flag...' from modules tree

Merge up to 373d4d099761cb1f637bed488ab3871945882273 from Rusty's
modules tree, which consists of the following commits:

Rusty Russell (2):
      module: printk message when module signature fail taints kernel.
      taint: add explicit flag to show whether lock dep is still OK.

This is in order to get the second commit, which adds an extra argument
to add_taint(), since it's used in the metag implementation of die() in
the next commit ("metag: Traps").
