staging: unisys: Fix VMCALL_IO_CONTROLVM_ADDR_PARAMS structure

Remove the typedef from VMCALL_IO_CONTROLVM_ADDR_PARAMS and switch to
use struct vmcall_io_controlvm_addr_params. Fix the CamelCase names:

ChannelAddress => address
ChannelBytes => channel_bytes
Unused => unused
