staging: unisys: fix CamelCase names in struct efi_spar_indication

Fix CamelCase names and update all references to them:

BootToFirmwareUI => boot_to_fw_ui
ClearNvram => clear_nvram
ClearCmos => clear_cmos
BootToTool => boot_to_tool
