virtio: rename virtqueue_add_buf_gfp to virtqueue_add_buf
authorRusty Russell <rusty@rustcorp.com.au>

committerStephen Rothwell <sfr@canb.auug.org.au>
Tue, 22 Nov 2011 00:08:59 +0000 (11:08 +1100)
Remove wrapper functions. This makes the allocation type explicit in
all callers; I used GPF_KERNEL where it seemed obvious, left it at
GFP_ATOMIC otherwise.
