serial: samsung: fix casting warning

port->membase is (unsigned char __iomem *), not (unsigned long *)
__set_bit() uses (unsigned long *) as the second argument.
Thus, casting (unsigned long *)(unsigned long) is necessary
to fix the following sparse warnings.
