NFS: remove nfs_inode radix tree
authorFred Isaman <iisaman@netapp.com>

committerTrond Myklebust <Trond.Myklebust@netapp.com>
Sat, 10 Mar 2012 22:14:10 +0000 (17:14 -0500)
The radix tree is only being used to compile lists of reqs needing commit.
It is simpler to just put the reqs directly into a list.
