staging: unisys: refactor livedump_info structure

Fix the CamelCase member names and that global variable:

Dumpcapture_header => dumpcapture_header
Gettextdump_header => gettextdump_header
Dumpcomplete_header => dumpcomplete_header
Gettextdump_outstanding => gettextdump_outstanding
LiveDump_info => livedump_info

Update all references and merge the definition and global structure
declaration.
