can bcm: fix incomplete tx_setup fix
The commit aabdcb0b553b9c9547b1a506b34d55a764745870 ("can bcm: fix tx_setup
off-by-one errors") fixed only a part of the original problem reported by
Andre Naujoks. It turned out that the original code needed to be re-ordered
to reduce complexity and to finally fix the reported frame counting issues.

In the rds_iw_mr_pool struct the free_pinned field keeps track of
memory pinned by free MRs. While this field is incremented properly
upon allocation, it is never decremented upon unmapping. This would
cause the rds_rdma module to crash the kernel upon unloading, by
triggering the BUG_ON in the rds_iw_destroy_mr_pool function.
This change keeps track of the MRs that become unpinned, so that
free_pinned can be decremented appropriately.

usbnet: add timestamping support
In order to make USB-to-Ethernet-adapters (depending on usbnet) support
timestamping, the "skb_defer_rx_timestamp" and "skb_tx_timestamp" function
calls are added.

powerpc: Don't try OPAL takeover on old 970 blades
The firmware on old 970 blades supports some kind of takeover called
"TNK takeover" which will crash if we try to probe for OPAL takeover,
so don't do it.

The current L1 cache read event code 0x80082 only counts for thread 0. The
event code 0x280030 should be used to count events on thread 0 and 1. The
patch fixes the event code for the L1 cache read.
The current L1 cache write event code 0x80086 only counts for thread 0. The
event code 0x180032 should be used to count events on thread 0 and 1. The
patch fixes the event code for the L1 cache write.
FYI, the documentation lists three event codes for the L1 cache read event
and three event codes for the L1 cache write event. The event description
for the event codes is as follows:
L1 cache read requests 0x80082 LSU 0 only
L1 cache read requests 0x8008A LSU 1 only
L1 cache read requests 0x80030 LSU 1 or LSU 0, counter 2 only.
L1 cache store requests 0x80086 LSU 0 only
L1 cache store requests 0x8008E LSU 1 only
L1 cache store requests 0x80032 LSU 0 or LSU 1, counter 1 only.
There can only be one request from either LSU 0 or 1 active at a time.

gcc (rightfully) complains that we are accessing beyond the
end of the fpr array (we do, to access the fpscr).
The only sane thing to do (whether anything in that code can be
called remotely sane is debatable) is to special case fpscr and
handle it as a separate statement.
I initially tried to do it it by making the array access conditional
to index < PT_FPSCR and using a 3rd else leg but for some reason gcc
was unable to understand it and still spewed the warning.
So I ended up with something a tad more intricated but it seems to
build on 32-bit and on 64-bit with and without VSX.

xmon has a longstanding bug on systems which are SMP-capable but lack
the MSR[RI] bit. In these cases, xmon invoked by IPI on secondary
CPUs will not properly keep quiet, but will print stuff, thereby
garbling the primary xmon's output. This patch fixes it, by ignoring
the RI bit if the processor does not support it.
There's already a version of this for 4xx upstream, which we'll need
to extend to other RI-lacking CPUs at some point. For now this adds
Book3e processors to the mix.

sound: oss: use strlcpy() in sound_timer_init()
sound_timer.info.name is a 32 character buffer. This function only
has one caller (in sound/oss/ad1848.c) and it passes as 128 character
buffer as "name". I don't know if this is a problem in real life,
and I doubt we're going to add more OSS drivers so it's unlikely to
become an issue. But we may as well take care of it.

ixgbe: add ECC warning for legacy interrupts
Noticed that the legacy Interrupt handler didn't have the same
ECC warning as did the MSI. So this patch adds it.

ixgbe: cleanup ixgbe_setup_gpie() for X540
The X540 thermal sensor interrupt isn't a General Purpose Interrupt
so doesn't need to be enabled in ixgbe_setup_gpie(). Likewise X540 doesn't
use the SDP0 for thermal sensor so it doesn't need to be enabled for any
device other than 82599.

ixgbe add thermal sensor support for x540 hardware
Add code to enable thermal sensors for the x540 hardware, as well as a
thermal interrupt check which will exit with a critical message of a
thermal overheat is detected. Intent of code allows other mac types to
be added with different configuration in the future.
Fixed in this version is the addition of setting the temp_sensor
capable flag which was previously only set for a specific mac.

ixgbe: update {P}FC thresholds to account for X540 and loopback
Revise high and low threshold marks wrt flow control to account
for the X540 devices and latency introduced by the loopback
switch.
Without this it was in theory possible to drop frames on a
supposedly lossless link with X540 or SR-IOV enabled.
Previously we used a magic number in a define to calculate the
threshold values. This made it difficult to sort out exactly
which latencies were or were not being accounted for. Here
I was overly explicit and tried to used #define names that would
be recognizable after reading the IEEE 802.1Qbb specification.

Disable LLI for FCoE since regular interrupt
and their moderation rate works slightly better
for FCoE also.
