i2c-designware: Push all register reads/writes into the core code.
Move all register manipulation code into the core, also move register
offset definitions to i2c-designware-core.c since the bus specific
portions of the driver no longer need/use them.

i2c-designware: Support multiple cores using same ISR
Add check to make sure that the core is enabled and has outstanding
interrupts. The activity bit is masked due to the fact that it will
stay active even after the controller has been disabled until the
contoller internal state machines have settled.

i2c-designware: move controller config to bus specific portion of driver
With multiple I2C adapters possible in the system each running at
(possibly) different speeds we need to move the controller
configuration bit field to the adapter.

i2c-designware: Move retriveving the clock speed out of core code.
The clock frequecy supplied to the IP core is specific to a single
instance of the driver. This patch makes it possible to have multiple
Designware I2C cores in the system possibly running at different core
frequencies.

Allows CPUs of a given endianness to access a dw controller of a different
endianness. Endianncess difference is detected at run time through the dw
component type register.

nfsd4: fix state lock usage in LOCKU
In commit 5ec094c1096ab3bb795651855d53f18daa26afde "nfsd4: extend state
lock over seqid replay logic" I modified the exit logic of all the
seqid-based procedures except nfsd4_locku(). Fix the oversight.
The result of the bug was a double-unlock while handling the LOCKU
procedure, and a warning like:

mscan: too much data copied to CAN frame due to 16 bit accesses
Due to the 16 bit access to mscan registers there's too much data copied to
the zero initialized CAN frame when having an odd number of bytes to copy.
This patch ensures that only the requested bytes are copied by using an
8 bit access for the remaining byte.

bnx2x: fix cl_id allocation for non-eth clients for NPAR mode
There are some consolidations of NPAR configuration
when FCoE and iSCSI L2 clients will get the same id,
in this case FCoE ring will be non-functional.

In debugging the failure of the glibc tst-cond18 test on parisc, I realized
that futexes need to use the same locks the lws calls. This fixes all the
pthread 'cond' tests. Sadly, there are still problems with thread cancellation.

The doorbell register was being unconditionally swapped. In x86, that
meant it was being swapped to BE and written to the descriptor and to
memory, depending on the case of blue frame support or writing to
doorbell register. On PPC, this meant it was being swapped to LE and
then swapped back to BE while writing to the register. But in the blue
frame case, it was being written as LE to the descriptor.
The fix is not to swap doorbell unconditionally, write it to the
register as BE and convert it to BE when writing it to the descriptor.

af_packet: remove unnecessary BUG_ON() in tpacket_destruct_skb
If skb is NULL, then stack trace is thrown anyway on dereference.
Therefore, the stack trace triggered by BUG_ON is duplicate.

ARM: tegra: annotate IO_*_VIRT pointers
Provide __iomem annotation for IO_*_VIRT pointers, which will propagate
up through IO_TO_VIRT(). Also fixes a 0 to NULL conversion of the base
case to silence sparse.
Unfortunately map_desc takes an unsigned long for the pointer instead of
a void __iomem *. For now, cast explicitly for those cases.

MIPS: Netlogic: Specify architecture CFLAGS
Use -march=xlr if available, otherwise fallback to mips64. This allows
us to support compilation with MIPS toolchains which are not customized
for XLR.
