hwmon: Avoid building drivers for powerpc that read/write ISA addresses
A modprobe of hwmon drivers that read/write ISA addresses on a powerpc results
in a kernel Oops. These reads/writes are being done via the inb()/in_8() and
outb()/out_8() macros.
Prevent these drivers from being built for powerpc.

Btrfs: fix 64 bit divide problem
This fixes a regression introduced by commit cdcb725c05fe ("Btrfs: check
if there is enough space for balancing smarter"). We can't do 64-bit
divides on 32-bit architectures.
In cases where we need to divide/multiply by 2 we should just left/right
shift respectively, and in cases where theres N number of devices use
do_div. Also make the counters u64 to match up with rw_devices.

sparc: Allow handling signals when stack is corrupted.
If we can't push the pending register windows onto the user's stack,
we disallow signal delivery even if the signal would be delivered on a
valid seperate signal stack.
Add a register window save area in the signal frame, and store any
unsavable windows there.
On sigreturn, if any windows are still queued up in the signal frame,
try to push them back onto the stack and if that fails we kill the
process immediately.
This allows the debug/tst-longjmp_chk2 glibc test case to pass.

Input: max11801_ts - correct license statement
The original license statement was confusing since it was unclear if
the license was pure GPLv2 or GPLv2+ and did not match the license
of the driver max11801_ts was derived from. The license is GPLv2+.
This change allows to get driver specific debug messages output
providing a module parameter. As far as the maximum level of verbosity
is too high, it is demoted by default.

It happens that if a packet arrives in a VC between the call to open it on
the hardware and the call to change the backend to br2684, br2684_regvcc
processes the packet and oopses dereferencing skb->dev because it is
NULL before the call to br2684_push().

freezer: make freezing() test freeze conditions in effect instead of TIF_FREEZE
Using TIF_FREEZE for freezing worked when there was only single
freezing condition (the PM one); however, now there is also the
cgroup_freezer and single bit flag is getting clumsy.
thaw_processes() is already testing whether cgroup freezing in in
effect to avoid thawing tasks which were frozen by both PM and cgroup
freezers.
This is racy (nothing prevents race against cgroup freezing) and
fragile. A much simpler way is to test actual freeze conditions from
freezing() - ie. directly test whether PM or cgroup freezing is in
effect.
This patch adds variables to indicate whether and what type of
freezing conditions are in effect and reimplements freezing() such
that it directly tests whether any of the two freezing conditions is
active and the task should freeze. On fast path, freezing() is still
very cheap - it only tests system_freezing_cnt.
This makes the clumsy dancing aroung TIF_FREEZE unnecessary and
freeze/thaw operations more usual - updating state variables for the
new state and nudging target tasks so that they notice the new state
and comply. As long as the nudging happens after state update, it's
race-free.
* This allows use of freezing() in freeze_task(). Replace the open
coded tests with freezing().
* p != current test is added to warning printing conditions in
try_to_freeze_tasks() failure path. This is necessary as freezing()
is now true for the task which initiated freezing too.
