From 3c123262124d17ee7a5562ce26b63a1d7fbb828c Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Tejun Heo Date: Thu, 7 Feb 2013 12:31:32 +1100 Subject: [PATCH] idr: relocate idr_for_each_entry() and reorganize id[r|a]_get_new() * Move idr_for_each_entry() definition next to other idr related definitions. * Make id[r|a]_get_new() inline wrappers of id[r|a]_get_new_above(). This changes the implementation of idr_get_new() but the new implementation is trivial. This patch doesn't introduce any functional change.
