From dcb9c3385680c6a52fe01f818b127baaba71cd4e Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Daniel Drake Date: Sat, 16 Jul 2011 23:30:50 +1000 Subject: [PATCH] In response to new device tree code in the kernel, OLPC will start using it for probing of certain devices. However, some firmware fixes are needed to put the devicetree into a usable state. Retain compatibility with old firmware by fixing up the device tree at boot-time if it does not contain the new nodes/properties that we need for probing. This is the same approach taken on PPC platforms. Signed-off-by: Daniel Drake Acked-by: Grant Likely Acked-by: Andres Salomon Cc: Ingo Molnar Cc: Thomas Gleixner Cc: "H.
