x86/mid: Kill off Moorestown

x86/mid: Kill off Moorestown

All production devices operate in the Oaktrail configuration
with legacy PC elements present and an ACPI BIOS.  Continue
stripping out the Moorestown elements from the tree leaving
Medfield.
